Feels different at first, stretches easily

This was my first time ever using a waist trainer shaper and it was uncomfortable at first, but I got used to it. It isn’t bulky like I thought it would be, but it is very tight at first and left skin waltz. The good news is it stretches rapidly, but on the other hand, the fact that it stretches rapidly means it loses its toning capabilities within a couple of weeks if you use it consistently. If you’re only using it once a month or so then it could probably last longer. It also forces you to stabilize your core so it’s uncomfortable in the back and on your lap in the side at first, but you get used to that.

It’s a durable and affordable waist trainer however, I ordered this item twice 2 different sizes and they both look and feel like the same size. The stretch is there after wearing it for a while and a few times it’s comfortable but not after so long of wearing. It does cause irritation to skin if worn too long.

Nice concept, well made - uncomfortable and has way too many hooks

This waist trainer came packaged in a plastic bag and looks just like the pictures on Amazon. I was looking for one, because I thought it would help get rid of a little pooch I still have ever since having children. I do go to the gym and am not overweight at all, just have that annoying little pooch. I thought maybe one of these would help, and it may help under clothes, but don't expect a change in your body from wearing it. PROS: It looks just like the pictures on Amazon, It is very supportive/tight, It has a double panel, It's well made CONS: It has WAY too many of those bra-type hooks, I'm talking like 20-30, maybe more. Just that alone makes me not want to use it. It's also not very comfortable, especially when sitting. Overall, it may work for some people, but not for me. I just can't deal with so many hooks and it's not something I can wear for more than an hour or so.
