At NueShape, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent delivery experience. Please review the information below to understand how shipping, tracking, and delivery timelines work for your order.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time within Australia is 7–14 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on factors outside our control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, peak seasons, and local postal service volumes.

Please note that shipping estimates do not include processing times.

Delivery Delays

While most orders arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur due to customs inspections, logistics issues, or high-volume periods.

Orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund due to delivery delays unless the delay exceeds thirty (30) days beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.
This equates to approximately forty-five (45) days total from dispatch.

This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law and ensures fair handling of unforeseen delays.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.
Please allow a few days for your tracking link to activate, as the parcel must first be scanned through the international logistics network.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You will receive a unique tracking number for each shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been placed and processed.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.
NueShape is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to correct an address error, contact us immediately at info@nueshape.com.au.
We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check the following:

  • Your mailbox or front door area

  • With household members or neighbours

  • With your local post office

If your parcel cannot be located, contact us at info@nueshape.com.auand include your order number and tracking details. We will assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier.

Parcels marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refunds, as we do not receive compensation for such cases. In certain situations, we may offer store credit or a replacement at our discretion.

International Shipping

NueShape currently ships within Australia. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
