Take Your Measurements
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline, about 2–3 cm above your belly button.
Hips
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 20 cm below your waist.

I'm between sizes — which should I choose?
We always recommend sizing up. Shapewear should feel supportive, not painful. Comfort is key.
Will shapewear stretch over time?
NueShape pieces use high-quality elastane blends that hold their shape wash after wash. Sizing up is still better than down, as overstretched fabric loses compression faster.
Do bodysuits fit differently to shorts?
Bodysuits are fitted from shoulder to thigh, so torso length matters. If you have a longer torso, sizing up gives a more comfortable fit through the crotch and straps.
